Shoes purchased through Village Shoe Service may be returned within 30 days so long as the shoes have no wearing marks.
We encourage you to try your shoes on a carpeted surface as the shoes cannot be returned to the manufacturer if they have wear marks or excessive creasing.
Village Shoe Service reserves the right to decline returned shoes with wear markings.
Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. Do not tape up the original box.
A 15% Re-Stocking Fee will apply on returned merchandise.
